Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return—no questions asked. The return must be shipped back within those 30 days to be eligible.


Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition and packaging

  • With all tags securely attached

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you're welcome to return your order and place a new one—or opt for a refund to a Noir Line Gift Card with an exclusive bonus.


Your Refund Options

1. Noir Line Gift Card (Fastest Option + 15% Extra Credit)
Choose to be refunded via a digital gift card and receive 15% extra value—perfect for your next purchase. Processing time is just 2–3 business days once your return reaches our warehouse.

2. Original Payment Method
Prefer a refund to your original payment method? Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be issued. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our support team immediately at Care@Noir-Line.com. We’ll resolve the issue swiftly with the care and attention you deserve.


Items Not Eligible for Return

To protect hygiene and product integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear or socks

  • Opened or unsealed fragrances

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Products returned beyond the 30-day window

  • Items worn, damaged, or altered without prior approval

Any return that does not meet our policy may be refused and disposed of without refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Rates vary by country and courier.
We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any fees associated with returns.
Please ensure you obtain a tracking number and proof of shipment—returns without tracking cannot be verified or refunded.


Processing Time

Returns are processed within 10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or gift card has been issued.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 7 additional days to appear.
